Curious about how Social Mirror works? We’ve got you covered. Here are the most common questions, answered. If you need more details, feel free to reach out.

    1. Scan the QR code and enter your email

    2. Tap the mirror button – once for photos, double tap for video

    3. Invite friends – tap “Invite friends” and share the link

    4. Go live – your friends can see and hear you, and their comments appear on the mirror

    5. Receive your content – photos and videos are emailed to you once the session ends (within 5–10 minutes)

  • There is a limit of 20 people. Can be changed upon request, for events and similar occasions.

  • We only collect what’s necessary to deliver the experience – such as temporary session data, anonymized statistics, and content created by the user.

    Photos and videos are deleted shortly after they’ve been sent. Emails are stored for a maximum of 7 days, and all data transfers are encrypted.
    We never store livestreams, and we use GDPR-compliant third-party services.

  • We ensure that the mirror functions at all times and promptly fix any issues if something breaks. In case of a malfunction, the mirror can still be used as a regular mirror when turned off. Our goal is to resolve any issues within a few hours.
